We invite vendors and artisans to be a part of our annual Holiday Sip & Shop event at Beeville Country Club!

Where: Beeville Country Club, 1 Country Club Drive, Beeville TX 78102
When: Saturday, November 16th, 2023 from 10am-2pm.
Vendor Fee: $50 + donated door prize

Vendor Booth Details

Vendor fee includes a 10 x 10 booth space.
Booth space is not confirmed until payment is made.
A limited number of spaces is available so we encourage you to reserve your space as soon as possible.
Payment can be made to our Beeville Country Club CashApp account. A QR code is provided to the right if you wish to pay in advance.
If you cannot pay via CashApp here are alternative methods of payment we will accept: 1) drop off cash or check at our Business Office during business hours Wednesday - Friday from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM. 2) Mail check to Beeville Country Club, Attn: Business Office, P.O. Box 396, Beeville, TX 78104. 3) Credit card payments will not be accepted.
Vendors are also required to donate one door prize.
Please let us know in the form below if you require any special accommodations.
You will be allowed to set up the evening before from 6-8pm or the day of the event from 8-9 am.

Who will be shopping?
We promote the event to the public in the region, but the majority of guests will be our own Country Club members and their family & friends. Guests will be charged $10 at the door to enter and will be given tickets for a glass of wine, a charcuterie cup and a door prize.

Bonus: Social Media Feature!
We will be happy to spotlight each vendor on social media. If you would like to be featured, please send us a snippet describing your business, your social media handles, and any pictures you want us to use. Media files must be in either .png or .jpeg format. Please send to [email protected] by NOVEMBER 6TH if you would like a complimentary feature. Features will run on our social media pages @beevillecountryclub on Facebook and Instagram the week leading up to the event.
